Hi, The best people for this kind of rehab would be either the Helen Keller Institute in Bombay or the Sense International located both in Ahmedabad and Delhi. I think Silpa from this list who is n Bangalore is gfacing a similar predicament and has been taking help from Enable India in Bangalore. Also, depending where they are located, they could contact L V Prasad Eye Institute as well for a referral. They are also connected with Sense International and may be able to help.
