Dear Mittal Sir It is really very very surprising that there are no braille reading and writing standards yet for teachers. I believe any person desiring to be teacher of a visually challenged must read and write with high efficiency. I request one and all to request universities, colleges, NGO's to set a standard for this. Put pressure on RCI to have a national standard of braille efficiency of teachers.
