Thank you Harrish Sir for immediately responding, the problem is with
both when the person tried to withdraw through slip the assistant
manager turned him off by saying blind person should bring escort more
than 18 years to collect the money payment for single blind person is
not given, when the Blind friend of myne sent a cheque duely signed by
himself in his son hand who is 20 years old the manager returned the
cheque back saying the cheque is not admisible for blind persons,
though this blind person signs very clearly for the past 20 years he
also produces cheque for house loan & car loan till date no problem
was there till day, the new manager has come & has created all
problems
