Hi,
Braille ACL's services are voluntary and free. Hope someone else may
provide subscription instructions.
I too would be interested in getting a sample of the official Hindi
e-paper edition, please upload it to a file-hosting service and post
its link here, for easy access by everyone, or send it to e
personally.
Thanks.
