Hi, The sent PDF file, I must admit, though isn't inaccessible, but is totally unorganized, making it impossible to be read by a visually impaired person. I performed an OCR scan with Tessarac (OCR NVDA add-on), and tried screen review to review the text, and standard Windows navigation commands, but no further success. It'd be interesting to know how Braille ACL extracts the text of the news articles... I've read some BBC articles online as well, so may recommend to you BBC, as an accessible news source. You may also want to contact The Hindi (if they have provision of means of contacting them) notifying them of these accessibility issues you are facing with their e-paper edition.
