hi, Be clear: 1. pdf or txt or doc or any other is a format of the file. By converting the format of one file to another format file does not change the encoding of font. One has to convert the non-unicode text to unicode text which can b done by any of the following method. a. Either someone has to completely type the text in Unicode font by seeing/reading the non-Unicode texts. b. If available ( i do not know whether it is available for Telugu or not) , one can use any non-Unicode to Unicode text converter tools. 2. There is no more option of converting non-Unicode text to Unicode except the above two ways. 3. whatever the language of this Indian continent; any file of any format if written in non-Unicode font is inaccessible. Basically the files are accessible but the reading is meaningless. There is a speech out but we can not understand what is written there. Conclusion: if the inaccessibility prevails, it can be due to two reason. 1. by inappropriate format of the file. Its solution is the conversion of format of the file. 2. Use of non-Unicode texts. Its solution is to convert it to Unicode encoded texts.
