hi, such converter are language specific. each language must have its own converter. Since I am non-Indian language speaker, I have no idea about Indian languages. However, in case of my own language, I myself had made such tool and my language speaker have no problem in this regard. To develop such tool, some local programer must take an initiative. Try to search in Google; Though I do not know, it may be available.
