Friends, yesterday I had gone to submit all documents to Divisional Railway Manager office nearby New Delhi Station this time I carried all relevant documents this time they denaied & argued that the photo to be submitted should be without spects or gogles of visually impaired persons I always use photograph wearing gogles or black glasses because my cornio is white in colour there was huge arguement I requested them to show me the order regarding photograph without black glasses for visually disabled persons but the official there talked very roodly with me & threatened me that he will call railway police & will hand over me to them, then I went to meet Divisional Railway manager he was out of delhi & will come back on monday, friends I request you to is there any circular that visually impaired persons should present photograph without glasses or gogles, I came to know that the card may be issued only after two to three months it is not sure when cards will be issued, I think this is only a eyewash against high court order.
