Let me tell you that CCPD judgements are not binding in nature.
That is why, it is for the establishments concerned to abide by the
decisions or forget about it.

Hi, There was a CCPD order asking UPSC for doing away with the practice of
asking disabled people for producing photograph showing their disabilities.
This news appeared in The Hindu on its Delhi page on 7 October 2014.

Further, if you wish to avail the orginal judgment do contact Dr Satendra
Singh whose advocacy has compelled UPSC to do away with such discriminatory
practice. You could handover this judgment and hope Railways reverses its
approach.
