Correction: Rs. 250 is not the actual cost of the toner, rather it is the cost of refilling it. The actual cost of a toner is about Rs. 2900. hi mohib I have purchased canon LBP2900 IN 2011 and still it is working. It was 5600 rs. and with 2 years varenti. A laser printer doesn't use cartiledge, it uses toner. The cost of toner is 250 rs. One recharge of toner prints 2000 pages. I haven't recharged it yet because I use it not much. I prefer you should not take any inkjet printer. because you have to insert ink periodically and have to change its cartiledge. A shopkeeper suggested me that If you don't use inkjet printer for 10 or more days, cartiledge can be damaged. You should purchase lezer printer. Although it is expensive but you will not pay anything instead of toner after 2000 pages printing.
