Vivek, The matter of inaccessibility of irctc website has been pending before the court of CCPD. Today was the final hearing about which I will write separately highlighting the important points. But let me tell you that this issue has been already addressed by the IRCTC officials. There are three categories of persons - Disabled person, Escort and General. That means family members who may not be seeking concessions can be booked under "General" heading in the same form.
