Dear friends, i am happy to see that IRCTC had changed their portel for us , thanks for our friend's efferts on that, but want to ask you all, how to get the railway consession certificate? because i do have a form with 1 page which dont have a specified number , date and so on, i am from tamil nadu it would be great help if any one of our friends could educate me on this.
