Dear All,

It is very unfortunate to say that officials of colleges and
universities are insensitive to implement various schemes for persons
with disabilities dispite of availability of fund. None of the
colleges and universities have implemented all UGC's schemes that UGC
has announced since last 15 years. We should create pressure group to
implement such schemes.
