I totally agree with Bala and all others supporting Lissy mam. I think, that all those who keep looking for free stuff are yet to realise that the world is not meant for free lunches. The charge is very nominal, if you don't want to pay, then don't at least criticise. It is only due to miser mentality of many blind people that our community is still looked upon as very backward economically.
