Hi, I am using Tikona broad band from 1.5 years. Last years I was facing many issues in their consistency. After warning them to withdraw connection, they have given me consistent connectivity from past then 3 months. Other then this issue, they speed and service is good. The only thing was I had to give them warning 3 times in past 1.5 years, but they have tried their level best to retain me by even giving me 30% discount in my bill from november to feb. So over all with ups and downs, currently I am happy with their services.
