Dear all, Malpractices with respect to scribes have to be monitored very closely by individual supervision or advanced technology like cctv, voice recording device, etc This cannot be a reason to not providing scribes of onesd own choice. adequate evidence hast to be provided by the concerned departments when they put up a complaint. Third, how did the government come up with the list of recommended personnel from the disability sector? Were people from the sector consulted on the suggested names? General public shoukld have a say in this entire process. Govt should come up with some strategy to involve the views of the public.
