Hi, Rajesh Sir, Ah, now your query is clearer. Does checking 'Automatic Say All on page load' check box achieve the desired effect? This setting is something similar to what you require, however, I am unsure if it applies to Microsoft Outlook as well. Try enabling that option if it isn't already, and revert back. Thanks.
