Dear Avinash, To make Mumbai travel completely accessible it’s a long way, however if you travel regularly you will automatically get use to Mumbai Local. I myself enjoy travelling by Trains rather than travelling by buses and I find easier and feel more comfortable. Onething I would like to say transportation is easily available in Mumbai as compare to other Cities. Please no offense it is my personal opinion but hope you had a wonderful stay in Mumbai.
