Hi sir, I am also living in mumbai since last year, and about the local my experience is very nice only fiew stations are there handicap indicater do not work some times. although mumbai is a crowded city so it is normal that mumbai local have huge public. there are 2 handicap coaches in local trains. When i talk about dadar and kurla these both station even thane these are the station of central line of mumbai having a huge croude dadar is a junction which connect both central and western line, same kurla and thane these also connect central and harber line of mumbai. but i must say the people help a lot in mumbai if you are new in city or physically/visually challenged. ya western line has less amount of croude than the central line's stations.
