Sir, The URL which I used to reach to continue to login link is: http://www.icicibank.com/safe-online-banking/safe-online-banking.page?
Then I clicked on Continue to Login and then there were boxes to enter credentials followed by Login Button. This is for the personal banking, not sure if you're using the privileged banking.
