Do ve really need separate institute for higher education? Will it be
helpful to make them indipendant? Couldn't understand why people
trying to separate persons with disabilities from rest of the society.
Can't we make our academic system inclusive and accessible for all?

We all should make the policy makers awared about best academic
practises in world and prevent them taking such decision.

There is already a university for persons withh disabilities in
Chitrakut. I don't know about its benefits for students with
disabilities. I nevered heard any achiever from this institute like
Vivek Pachpande or any IAS officer.
