It is a commandline client which is very convenient to use. In other words, it is not displayed as a separate window on the computer, but can be accessed from wherever you are on the computer using specific keystrokes. TheQube is a free client. Another commandline Twitter client that is popular among the blind is Chicken Nugget. This is very similar to TheQube as regards the shortcut keys used, and was developed by the same guy who pioneered the concept of commandline Twitter clients for the blind with the introduction of Qwitter, which is now obsolete. Chicken Nugget costs $15. Try TheQube to begin with. If it does not work on your computer for some reason, then explore Chicken Nugget. Hope this helps.
