Dear Hasan, I read ur response but I can't download u know so many things here in ksa that are not allowed. U can add a field to ur master table, create 2 query table one for old and one for new and the data showed be new or old new for new for newcomer and old for the old ones.If u update the query table it will update the master. Set the filter to old or new for the 2 table query to show only what u like.in viewing are so many things either in access or VB its not a problem u can use datagrid or mshflexgrid or others. I have created a table- make query and after running it has created a new table(table2 which has only one field for now MembershipDate)and moved all of the membershipdates into that table instead i was hoping it will move anydate except current date 2005. I also added the criteria in table- make query <Now()+365 but it didnt work for some reason. I was wondering if you can download my database and take a look at it so i can help them finish it, it is for a very good cause and i have voluntered myself to help build them.
