Well this kind of depends on how you have things set
up in the database.

If you have the ages in the table this should be
pretty straight forward but I am going to assume you
don't.  If you have their Date of Birth in the table
then all you have to do is use that in combination
with the Now() function to get their age and then
simply restrict your report to be those people that
are 16 to 25 years of age.

If your asking for something more then you need to be
a bit more explicit about what you have and what you
are trying acheive.
