I can try to help you. You have a Query based on a table, that is "giving" some info to the sub form of yours.
Well.... if you infact have two or more tables connected to this Query (I don't know if you have only one table), you then could lose some reckords, like you explaind. To prevent this to happend, open the query in design look, and right- click on the line that is linking the verables that is simular. Then you will be able to look at the link-property. (3 obtions) I recomend this allways to be number 2, so it will show all reckord, even with bad inputs in the db. Was this to any help for you ?
