Hi guys... Just need some help regarding the search module using
Visual Basic 6. I already came up with a simple database management
system consisting of basic modules such
as "ADD", "EDIT", "DELETE", "VIEW" and "SEARCH". However I wanna
enhance my search module by allowing users to search any string in a
specific field of my database (MS ACCESS). My current search module
only allows users to enter the exact string which is also case and
space sensitive. I wanna try to improve it.
For example, one of the fields of my database is named "COMMENTS" -
which basically allows users to enter their comments. The search
module I wanna develop is that users will only enter one or more
words in the search textbox and by clicking the search command... it
will list all comments in the database that contain the words entered
by the users.
I just wanna ask some tips on how the source code would be in the
search module alone.
Any helpful information that will be extended to me will certainly be
appreciated. Thanks guys...
