Hey Garrett instead of trying to get a Microsoft product to work as it should (sometimes a nearly impossible task) --- why not export the data as comma delimited text files and then simply import that into the databases? I have found that to be much more efficient than using the CSV files. Further compressing a text file tends to reduce the overall size quite a bit -- most of the time. Just food for thought.
