i am using windows 2003 in servers office 2003, previously NT with office 2000.
but for a few clients i am using office 2000. the problem is both the guys are 
having 
equal importance on upadated data, both wil update and retrive date.
what should i do now.

what is the architecture of the system?  that is, are they are the same

office LAN, sharing the same copy of a single MDB file?   If so,  split the

file into the traditional 2 parts.  One part with only tables, and the other

part with everything else.



Put the tables MDB on the LAN and put the everything else MDB on local C:

drives.  Then they can share the data even though one is 2000 and the other

2003.

hi,

  when both the users having ms office 2000, file was modified by both. when

one use installed 2003 ms office then, it is not sharable. how do i give

rights to the both users have 2000 and 2003 as their office suits.
