All the day's posted messages are included. One person has posted to the list that he has not received any digests since 1999 began. Half a dozen people have responded (including one person who took well over 50 lines to "second the motion") concerning the accmail stats generated by Steve Harris. I don't get the point. I can't reasonably infer that the stats are the one single thing not being sent to him since the year began. And I bet the person who doesn't get the digests, and therefore can't follow the discussion, is likewise missing the point of discussing stats instead of digests. Easy, just guess. Most POP servers are called POP.[host domain] After you guess you can easily check with nslookup. Examples: gboyd>nslookup pop.hotmail.com Server: localhost Address: 127.0.0.1 Name: wya-www.hotmail.com Address: 207.82.250.251 Aliases: pop.hotmail.com gboyd>nslookup pop.yahoo.com Server: localhost Address: 127.0.0.1 Name: mailhost.yahoo.com Address: 205.216.162.34 Aliases: pop.yahoo.com gboyd>nslookup pop.usa.net Server: localhost Address: 127.0.0.1 Name: postoffice.usa.net Address: 192.156.196.5 Aliases: pop.usa.net -- Gerry Boyd -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 9 Jan 1998 13:20:44 -0500 From: Stephen Benjamin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Re: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Re: Mailbot Help "Jerel D.
