Hi Nam,

.pl can be AFAIK either a Perl Script (common under unix, try to open it in a
text editor, if its readable chances are good) or a Playlist from an
MP3-Player...

For MP3 there is WinAMP (http://winamp.lh.net), for Perl see http://www.perl.org
IIRC...

Subject: Re: What's file formated *.pl ?

Hi,

*.pl format is known as Interleaf format. I view files with that
extension with Worldview. Both Worldview and
Interleaf are trademarks of Interleaf Inc. 62 Fourth Avenue, Waltham,
Massachusetts 02154, USA.
There is a support center:
telephone 1-800-688-5151
fax 1-617-290-4974
email [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Worldview has a tool pl2ps.exe, which can convert Interleaf formatted
files into postscript formatted files. Ask the
originator of the *.pl files to convert them into *.ps files. Then you
can view them with Ghostview, a freeware
postscript viewer.
