Does anybody get messages like this from [EMAIL PROTECTED]?

I can't work it out. Nothing about quota, or anything.

You're answering your question at the same time you're asking: It is
an executable for Windows 3.x. You can't really exspect program code
for a bloated Graphical User Interface to be small, can you?

This site is currently down due to a server problem. I'll post a
message when it's up and running again.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] is also down. I'm working with the syadmin and
trying to locate the problem. Again, when it's up and working I'll post
a message here.

Strange things are happening at this site since a change. If you
request a help file, you will recieve it , then this will be followed
by a bounce message. You now need a Subject line with the word request
in it...

To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject: request
Body of message:
URL
or
raw,URL
or
bin,URL

However, it doesn't appear to be working correctly...
