Subject: PDF files via Agora

when I send the following URL for a PDF file
        http://www.epa.gov/ceppo/pubs/respnd1.pdf
I get in response a uuencoded file named AGORA.BIN which I rename as
AGORA.PDF and it opens in acrobat reader.

However when I send a similar URL for another PDF file e.g.
        http://www.undp.org/hdro/Chapter1.pdf
I get the following as part of the replied message from agora.

My two questions

1) Can someone tell me how to convert this apparently binary/coded response
back to the original PDF
2) Why do i get two different types of responses for the same type of file.
Is there a way to force Agora to return the PDF fiel as a uuencoded binary
attachemnt.

The only active www@ address is [EMAIL PROTECTED] and this works just fine.

Subject: Reading USENET by mail?

Dear ACCMAILers,

It's been ten months since the last time I was forced to use email-
only methods. I remember reading Usenet using Reference.COM's
service. However, that method was not reliable because the server
was down almost every other day. Is there any other option
available today? What do most ACCMAILers use to read Usenet?
What do you recommend me? Thanks in advance,

Jeremas Galletti

Additional note:
This site works the best with web-based e-mail protection as
anonymizer.com eleminated their "cookies" a year ago due to abuse.
This service has cookies and works with any browser's proxy http setting -
easy to remove by restart. Like some comments on the list about this.
