Move all parts by order in "Drafts", then open "Drafts" in text editor (I use Norton
Commander) and remove
second (third, fourth etc.) headers.

I have found the "Bounce" command in Pine useful when you need to redirect
mail without downloading it...

Try by gophermail service with the following message:
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject: Fox
Body:
Split=0
Name= FoxMail v3.0
Type=9
Port=70
Path=ftp:ftp.download.com.cn@/pub/email_news/fm30b1.zip
Host=gopher.eunet.cz
I have downloaded fox 3.0 two days ago with this without problem, but before
I had tryed seeveral days by ftpmail without good results.
If sending the above message you dont receive a message with fm30b1.zip atached to it,
in
hours, try with other site, for example:
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject: Fox
Body:
Split=0
Name= fox /go (bighr)
Type=9
Port=70
Path=ftp:202.96.152.194@/~bighero/foxmail/fm30b1.zip
Host=gopher.eunet.cz
Good Luck,
garcibal

There are probably many solutions.
Here is what I have done for about five years ...
Sign up for a free email forwarding address at
http://www.iname.com/ (they own 'earthling.net').
You can choose to read and write your email online or have
it forwarded to some other address (forwarding is the better
solution).
You will no longer be tied to AOL or any other ISP. If or
when you change, you just return to iName to edit your
account settings (it takes about 5 seconds).
I have never had any problem with iName. They do not attach
adverts or mess up your mail in any way. The forwarding
response delay is negligible.
Unfortunately, I don't think you can sign up by email-only
methods.

I switched my accmail list subscription to MIME digests (the better to
delete the stats with!) and noticed one peculiarity: whenever a digest
contains a post with 8-bit content-transfer encoding, one of the mail
relays fail to honour the MIME splitting and I receive the entire digest as
an otherwise undamaged text attachment...

Did you read the Yahoo POP Help Files?
Configuring your account for POP access (General)
http://help.yahoo.com/help/mail/pop/pop-03.html
Configuring Eudora Pro
http://help.yahoo.com/help/mail/pop/pop-07.html
BTW: Why do you want to use the Yahoo SMTP server? I don't use it,
instead I use the SMTP server at my ISP.
Accmailers: You need to have full internet access to open an e-mail
account at Yahoo. I don't think it's possible by e-mail (till somebody
proves the contrary <g>

I have heard of download slave.
Isn't there another site out there that can send you files via email?
Remember a site with "email" in the URL bring discussed in the past on
the list.

OK I'm guessing you use "mailhost.yahoo.com" for both the sending and
receiving addresses.
Since I have a AltaVista account now I'm getting my feet wet in the use
of Outlook Express.
AltaVista FAQ
[Snip]
Can I access my own POP-based email account?
FreeAccess users may receive email via their own POP-based email account.
However, in order to prevent abuse of our system through email spamming,
we have currently blocked access to outgoing mail (SMTP) servers.
[Snip]
Question: If Yahoo's send and receive addresses are the same will
AltaVista block sends?
