If you don't see PK at the begining, it is not a Zip file. If you do see it then you do have problems with the file itself. Then I unzip it with Winzip and got a file "accmail.gb". The problem is I can't open it. I tried many times and finally made it by chance. It all happened when I rename the file "accmail.gb" to"accmail.doc" in MS-dos mode. In this way I got a readable word file. Maybe some of you have encountered similar problem. If so, you may solve this problem in the way I mentioned above.
