It seems "Acrobat Distiller for windows" can convert doc files to pdf. But,
here are some addresses that can convert  pdf files to other formats. In the
worst case, if you
want to use them, you may have to upload your pdf  files to your (free) home
page, and then "call" (one of) these addresses to do the job for you.
