How one reassembles the parts into a file is usually described briefly
in the help file for the server.  There are more detailed descriptions to
be found in several places.

        One really great description can be obtained be sending an e-mail
somewhere.  You send one e-mail for the description, and you send another
for a decoder.  It's a great way to get started.  The 2 (two) addresses
are published in one of the FAQ lists.
