I agree with this. Let's Encrypt has planned all along to make some
breaking protocol changes as the spec evolves. We will of course give
plenty of warning and a long transition period, but it's more important
to wind up with a well-designed protocol that can be implemented by
multiple parties than it is to preserve our first design forever.
