However I noticed that when resuming for suspend to ram the thermal events don't get updated anymore like it was without the patch. If run glxgears the fans don't kick in. If I than execute acpid -t they will kick in if the temperature is high enough but then they will stay on even if the temperature drops below 50°C. Also the batterie status does not change anymore and the display is not dimmed anymore. I use kernel 2.6.17-rc2 and 'noapic' to get suspend working. I also use the lattest bios F0.E but it seems the update did not change much.
