Sorry...I totally forgot this bug. The problem is still here. I thought to be resolved in the last kernel release (2.6.15) but it was for a workaround I found: I added the line
modprobe -r battery && modprobe battery into the acpid script, just before starting acpi daemon. So I solved the problem. I saw the bug is now in "Fix released" state: what does it mean?
