"acpi -t" still makes the rules (influences when the fans start/stop), however at some moment in time, when the temperature reaches 83 the fans do start, cool the CPU down to 73 and then stop. It's not quite "laptop behaviour", that's why I'll keep my CPU at 800MHz until a proper fix is made.
