Len, thanks for testing. The patch has been submitted.
François, suspend-to-disk is _not_ the same thing as Suspend2. Furthermore the
fact that it works on your machine doesn't indicate what will happen in general,
because you don't have any high-speed USB devices attached to your EHCI
controller.
However I have stopped worrying about suspend-to-disk. It seems clear that we
should never expect it to leave devices in D3hot.
