USB ports on back of the box always run fast, no matter if in ACPI mode, acpi=off Legacy mode, PIC mode, or IOAPIC mode: 2199226 bytes (2,2 MB) copied, 2.60062 seconds, 846 kB/s USB ports on the front of the box run at that fast speed when in ACPI mode, or when in Legacy PIC mode.
