Hi,
I managed to get my laptop running again.
It was a hardware issue. I was running vista anyway.
Please find attached the output of dmesg, lspci and acpidump tools.
It is a regression between a 2.6.26-rc8 and a 2.6.24 kernel. The 2.6.24 did not
work without at least noapic, nolapic and irqpoll options so I don't think a
git-bisect output will be really valuable...
