Help please!!!

I am back online now and decided to try the new bios update. This was
apparently successful. However, it reset all my bios settings. I have restored
them to what I believe to be the correct state, but now it gets through all the
diagnostics and when it attempts to boot it says:

Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key.

I have made sure that the boot disk is selected as the primary boot device
rather than the CD rom (or floppy which I don't have) but it still says it. I
thought, no problem, I'll simply reinstall version 0803 of the bios... but now
I have the same problem with that. This is (was) a live server.

Any help greatly appreciated.
