I guess the quick fix then is to run a script at boot time and wakeup which
runs the setpci command. This will work fine, I guess.

I don't understand DSDT's at all, but I'm kinda thinking this should be fixable
in a nicer way. For instance, what is the acpi_osi for windows vista? Can you
see from the DSDT if (depending on that osi) the DSDT corrects or kills the
proper behaviour? I'm not sure if I have the time to dive into this, but I
would like to fix this in a proper way. Or do you think there's no hope?
