Now it is very clear that this issue is caused by incorrect GPI routing. We
have no idea why windows can work well on this box.
There exists the same issue on another box(1752). If the GPI routing is
incorrect, there is no ACPI event.
So the bug will be marked as the duplicate of bug1752.
