Understand what you said.
   In fact the problem is triggered only when the temperature is very high.
   >Power up machine.
   >Run CPU intensive tasks with air holes blocked until machine heats up
significantly.
   >Reboot.And machine comes up with kacpi_notify consuming about 60% of CPU.


   From the comment #1 the kacpid_notify is normal if the temperature is very
low.
