it starts to work after a suspend-to-memory cycle, right?
this is only true for 2.6.29-rc kernel, or for all the kernel you've tested,
say 2.6.28?

In 2.6.29-rc, please attach the output of "lspci -vvxxx -s 00:1f.0" both before
and after the s3..
