Hi, Frans
    If the box is booted with KMS disabled, the system don't know the number
and the type of display output device. In such case we can't know how to fill
the content in intel opregion. So KMS is required on the HP6910p laptop. When
it is booted with KMS enabled, the content in ACPI opregion can be initialized
correctly.
