Tested a bit more. I have to boot a different kernel than the stock one, because my wireless just won't connect to my access point with the stock one. This really sucks. I'm gonna try the Karmic kernel, that should give me my wireless back and hopefully accept the 'patch'. Else I'm forced with the 18 seconds delay :(.
